Pilates

Core Rehab is a great form of low impact exercise which helps to improve your posture, core strength and flexibility – resulting in long, lean muscles. Our physiotherapists often recommend Core Rehab to help manage spine, hip and knee pain.

Daisy Hill Physio currently offers Core Rehab for all levels of fitness.

acupuncture

Acupuncture

Dry needling involves insertion of a thin acupuncture needle into altered or dysfunctional tissues in order to improve or restore function. This may include needling of trigger points (knots).

Your body’s anatomy and injury are taken into consideration. This technique helps to stimulate a healing response, reduce pain and improve flexibility by removing trigger points.
