Daisy Hill Physio is a Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) approved physiotherapy provider. Veterans with a DVA Gold Card or an eligible White Card can access our full range of physiotherapy services with no out-of-pocket fees, subject to DVA’s standard conditions.

• DVA Gold Card — all accepted conditions covered
• DVA White Card — accepted conditions covered
• GP referral required (D904 or D1216 form)
• Home visits available for eligible veterans
• Full range: general physio, pelvic health, hydrotherapy, pilates
