WHAT WE BILL TO NDIS
At or below the NDIS Price Guide. Every time.
We bill at or below $183.99/hr for non-remote physiotherapy under Capacity Building — Improved Daily Living. Travel time billed at 50% of hourly rate (up to 30 min metro) per the 2025–26 NDIS pricing arrangements. Plan-managed, self-managed and NDIA-managed all welcome.

For Support Coordinators, Plan Managers and LACs.
Email us or call 07 3209 2000 to be added to your provider list. We respond to new referrals within one business day and can usually offer an initial appointment within 5–10 business days. Goals-based progress reports issued ahead of every plan review. We work collaboratively with OTs, exercise physiologists, support workers and treating GPs.

Yes. We bill at or below the published NDIS Price Guide for physiotherapy ($183.99/hr in non-remote areas as at 2025–26).
Will you provide progress reports for plan reviews?+
Yes — detailed goals-based progress reports are provided ahead of every plan review and sent to the participant, support coordinator and plan manager.
Do you accept new referrals from Support Coordinators / LACs?+
