Common questions

New patients ask us…

How do I choose which physiotherapist to see?
Tell reception what you’re coming in for and they’ll match you. Hybrid or powerlifting = Arvin. Endurance, TMJ or vestibular = Ben. Women’s pelvic, athletic mum or BJJ = Karly. Healthy ageing, GLP-1 muscle preservation or bone health = Teya. Men’s pelvic, post-prostatectomy or hybrid-endurance crossover = Joshua.
Are all clinicians AHPRA registered?
Yes. All five physiotherapists at Daisy Hill are AHPRA registered and members of the Australian Physiotherapy Association.
Can I see the same physiotherapist every visit?
Yes — continuity with one clinician is always preferred. Tell reception your preferred clinician when booking and we’ll keep you with that person across your episode of care.
Do you have a pelvic health physiotherapist?
Yes — two. Karly Flynn leads women’s pelvic health (pre and post-natal, prolapse, incontinence, athletic mum, BJJ, bowel health). Joshua Hopton leads men’s pelvic health (post-prostatectomy continence, pudendal neuralgia, CPPS, conservative colorectal).
What languages does the team speak?
All clinicians and reception staff speak English. We can arrange free TIS translator services for non-English-speaking family members — tell reception when booking.
