General Physio
Five clinicians, the full clinical range — for everything that doesn’t fit a single category.
GENERAL PHYSIOTHERAPY
General physiotherapy — whatever you bring in, we’ve got someone for it.
Most of what walks in the door is general musculoskeletal physiotherapy — the everyday back, neck, shoulder, hip, knee and ankle pain that affects how you live, work and move. Five clinicians, deep collective experience, and a culture of matching you to the right person from the first call.
WHAT WE TREAT
What general physio covers.
Acute, chronic, mechanical, post-trauma. Manual therapy plus structured exercise.
Frozen shoulder, impingement, rotator cuff tears, post-surgical reconstruction.
Sprains, strains, osteoarthritis, post-surgical reconditioning.
Hamstring, calf, ankle, shoulder — return to sport with structured load progression.
Tension headache, TMJ dysfunction, cervicogenic headache.
ACL, rotator cuff, hip/knee replacement, spinal surgery, abdominal surgery.
EVERY PATHWAY ACCEPTED
NDIS, DVA, WorkCover, Medicare, CTP, private health.
General physiotherapy is the most flexible service we offer — accepted under every major funding pathway. NDIS, DVA Gold/White Card, WorkCover Queensland, Medicare CDM, CTP, private health extras (HICAPS on the spot), and self-funded. We’ll handle the billing.
HOW IT WORKS
Matched to the right clinician from the first call.
When you book, reception asks a few quick questions and matches you to the right clinician. If you specifically want hybrid/powerlifting work it’s Arvin, endurance + TMJ + vestibular it’s Ben, women’s pelvic + BJJ it’s Karly, healthy ageing + GLP-1 + bone health it’s Teya, men’s pelvic + hybrid endurance crossover it’s Joshua. Right person, first time.
COMMON QUESTIONS
General physio patients ask us …
Do I need a referral?+
For a private appointment, no — just book online or call. For DVA you need D904/D1216, for WorkCover you need a current medical certificate, for Medicare CDM you need a GPCCMP plan.
How long is an appointment?+
Standard consultations are 30 minutes — enough for assessment plus treatment on most presentations. For full VALD batteries or complex multi-area work, book an extended 45-minute consult.
How quickly can I be seen?+
Usually within 1–3 business days. Same-day acute appointments often possible if you call before 11am.
Do you take HICAPS?+
Yes — HICAPS on the spot for all major Australian private health funds, so you only pay the gap.
What if I’m not sure which clinician to book?+
Just call — reception will ask a few questions and match you to the right person. You can also tell them what you’re in for and we’ll suggest.
