Treatment under an accepted WorkCover Queensland claim is billed direct — no out-of-pocket fee for the worker. We send initial reports within 7 days, progress reports each treatment block, and liaise with the treating GP, employer and insurer case manager throughout the episode.
HOW IT WORKS
For insurer case managers, HR teams and employers.
Send referrals to admin@daisyhillphysio.com.au or fax to the clinic. We accept direct insurer referrals as well as worker self-referrals (with valid Workers’ Compensation Medical Certificate). Suitable duties advice and graded return-to-work plans coordinated with the treating GP. FCE turnaround within 10 business days of assessment.

Yes — registered WorkCover Queensland physiotherapy provider. We also accept Self-Insured employer schemes, Comcare and CTP claims.
Will I pay anything as a WorkCover patient?+
No. Treatment under an accepted WorkCover Queensland claim is billed direct to WorkCover with no out-of-pocket fee for the worker.
Do I need a referral?+
For WorkCover treatment you need a Workers’ Compensation Medical Certificate from your treating doctor and a current accepted claim number.
Can you do an FCE or ergonomic assessment?+
Yes — Functional Capacity Evaluations, Pre-Employment Functional Assessments, and on-site ergonomic assessments for offices and industrial workplaces.
Do you provide reports to my case manager and employer?+
Yes. Initial reports within 7 days, progress reports each treatment block, collaboration with treating GP, case manager and employer to support return-to-work.
