Teya Williams is a physiotherapist at Daisy Hill Physiotherapy focused on healthy ageing, balance and longevity. Her work supports adults to stay strong, mobile and independent through evidence-based strength training, falls-prevention programs, and the management of osteoporosis, osteoarthritis and joint conditions. How Teya practises
