- Eight Mile Plains, Sunnybank, Sunnybank Hills, Calamvale (20–25 min)

Why south Brisbane residents travel to us
Most Brisbane-south clients come to us specifically for services that are harder to find or overbooked in inner Brisbane:
- Vestibular physiotherapy for BPPV, vertigo and vestibular migraine. We typically resolve BPPV in 1–2 sessions with the Epley manoeuvre.
- Pelvic health physiotherapy for women and men — continence, pregnancy, post-natal, pelvic pain and post-prostatectomy rehabilitation.
- Clinical pilates with qualified physiotherapists, not fitness instructors — a safer option for clients rehabbing injuries.
- NDIS and DVA physiotherapy with the full range of approved supports.
Hydrotherapy for south Brisbane clients
We run a warm-water (32–34°C) hydrotherapy program for chronic pain, arthritis, and post-surgical rehabilitation. South Brisbane clients with chronic conditions often can’t find hydrotherapy closer to home and travel for this specific service.
Parking and access
Free on-site parking. Ground-floor access for wheelchair users and walking-aid users. Easy freeway access from the M1 Pacific Motorway exit.

Physiotherapy for South Brisbane
South Brisbane is a 25–30 minute drive north of our Daisy Hill clinic. We’re not the closest physio to you — but for patients who need specialty services that aren’t available locally, or who want experienced clinicians with nearly four decades of treating the same conditions, the drive is often worth it. Daisy Hill Physiotherapy is at Unit 4, 11–13 Allamanda Drive, Daisy Hill QLD 4127, and we’ve been seeing South Brisbane patients for specialty cases since 1987.
Why South Brisbane patients travel to us
- Vestibular and BPPV physiotherapy — we perform Dix–Hallpike and Epley manoeuvres on-site for vertigo and benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. South Brisbane has fewer dedicated vestibular providers than the established Logan and Brisbane south corridors.
- Men’s pelvic health — one of the most under-served physio specialties. Clinic Director Joshua Hopton holds a special interest in this area, including post-prostatectomy rehab and chronic pelvic pain.
- Women’s pelvic health — post-natal recovery, pelvic organ prolapse, post-Caesarean rehab and pre-natal preparation.
- Established clinic — we’ve been treating Brisbane south and Logan patients since 1987. Many of our pelvic-health and vestibular patients are referrals from GPs and specialists who know the team well.
- Hydrotherapy — heated-pool sessions for post-surgical rehab, arthritis and chronic pain management, including programs that complement what’s available at South Brisbane and the PA Hospital area.
Conditions South Brisbane patients commonly travel here for
- BPPV and vertigo requiring hands-on vestibular treatment
- Pelvic floor dysfunction — both women and men
- Complex post-surgical rehabilitation — particularly after spinal surgery, joint replacements or pelvic procedures
- Hydrotherapy programs — for arthritis, fibromyalgia and post-operative rehab
- Long-term musculoskeletal cases where a continuous relationship with one clinician matters more than proximity
- NDIS-funded therapy — where your plan accommodates the travel and specialty care is the priority
Closer options in South Brisbane

- You need a specialty we offer that isn’t available nearby
- You’ve been recommended to us specifically
- You’re an existing patient continuing care
- You’re combining the visit with other appointments in the Logan/Daisy Hill area

Frequently asked questions — South Brisbane
How long is the drive from South Brisbane to your clinic?
Approximately 25–30 minutes via the Pacific Motorway (M1) southbound, depending on traffic. Mornings and late afternoons add 10–15 minutes.
Is the trip worth it for a standard musculoskeletal issue?
Often not — a closer South Brisbane physio is usually the right call for simple, acute injuries. We’re the right choice when you need specialty services like vestibular, men’s pelvic health, or you’re continuing care with one of our clinicians.
Do you offer telehealth appointments?
For most physiotherapy assessments we prefer in-person because of the hands-on examination component. For follow-up review consultations and pelvic-health education, telehealth can sometimes work — ask reception whether your specific case is appropriate.
Can my NDIS plan cover the travel?
For self-managed and plan-managed participants, transport to a registered provider can sometimes be funded under your plan. We can write a brief letter supporting the clinical reason for choosing our service if helpful.
Do you provide reports for my South Brisbane GP or specialist?
Yes — we routinely write to referring GPs, specialists and insurers. Just give us the contact details at your first visit.
Are you open weekends?
No — we’re weekdays only (Mon–Thu 7:30am–6:00pm; Fri 7:30am–4:30pm). Saturday appointments aren’t available; if a weekend session is essential we can refer you to a partner clinic.
