OUR APPROACH
Veterans first, no admin friction
Veterans have done enough paperwork. We bill DVA direct, coordinate the GP letter where needed, and run structured rehab without ever asking you to chase invoices. Sessions are 1-on-1, not group classes — and progress is documented for any future claim review.

COMMON QUESTIONS
FAQ — DVA physio for Slacks Creek residents
Do I need a GP referral for DVA physiotherapy?
For Gold Card holders no referral is strictly required, but a GP letter speeds the first appointment. White Card holders should bring referral documentation tied to their accepted condition.
Is there any out-of-pocket cost?
No — we bill DVA direct at the published fee schedule. Veterans pay nothing upfront.
How long does it take to get from Slacks Creek to your clinic?
Around 8–10 minutes by car via Kingston Road or the Pacific Motorway. Free off-street parking at the clinic, ground-floor entry and wheelchair access.
Do you have other patients from Slacks Creek?
Yes — we see a steady flow of Slacks Creek residents at the Daisy Hill clinic across Kingston Road, Moss Street, Queens Road and the older Logan central pocket. Many DVA patients first hear about us through their GP, support coordinator, or another Slacks Creek family.

Yes — HICAPS on the spot for most major Australian health funds. You only pay the gap.
