OUR APPROACH
Veterans first, no admin friction
Veterans have done enough paperwork. We bill DVA direct, coordinate the GP letter where needed, and run structured rehab without ever asking you to chase invoices. Sessions are 1-on-1, not group classes — and progress is documented for any future claim review.

COMMON QUESTIONS
FAQ — DVA physio for Springwood residents
Do I need a GP referral for DVA physiotherapy?
For Gold Card holders no referral is strictly required, but a GP letter speeds the first appointment. White Card holders should bring referral documentation tied to their accepted condition.
Is there any out-of-pocket cost?
No — we bill DVA direct at the published fee schedule. Veterans pay nothing upfront.
How long does it take to get from Springwood to your clinic?
Around 5 minutes by car via Springwood Road and Allamanda Drive. Free off-street parking at the clinic, ground-floor entry and wheelchair access.
Do you have other patients from Springwood?
Yes — we see a steady flow of Springwood residents at the Daisy Hill clinic across Springwood Road, Cinderella Drive, Murrajong Road and the Logan Hyperdome catchment. Many DVA patients first hear about us through their GP, support coordinator, or another Springwood family.
Can I claim through private health fund?
Yes — HICAPS on the spot for most major Australian health funds. You only pay the gap.
