Josh is the Clinic Director and Physiotherapist at Daisy Hill Physiotherapy. A dedicated and knowledgeable professional, Josh has a keen interest in men’s pelvic health physiotherapy and has a passion for helping men overcome the challenges that can arise in this area.
With extensive experience and training in the field, Josh has a deep understanding of the unique needs of men and is committed to helping them improve their pelvic health and well-being. He takes a personalized approach to care, working closely with his patients to understand their specific needs to develop individualized treatment plans.
Having come from lead roles including Head Physiotherapist for the Queensland Basketball League (Mackay Meteors), Head Physiotherapist for Queensland Rugby League (Mackay Cutters) and facilitating care for the North Queensland Cowboys, Josh has a keen interest in all aspects of musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy.
In addition to his professional expertise, Josh is an active individual who enjoys CrossFit, strength training, and leading a healthy lifestyle. He understands the importance of exercise and physical activity in maintaining good health and is dedicated to helping his patients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life through both treatment and education.

KARLY FLYNN
SENIOR PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Karly is a dedicated and compassionate physiotherapist with a passion for women’s pelvic health. With extensive experience and training in the area, Karly has a deep understanding of the unique challenges that women face, especially during pregnancy and post-partum.
Karly is committed to helping women improve their pelvic health and well-being, with a focus on conditions such as pelvic pain, incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse and post-partum recovery. She takes a holistic and personalized approach to care, working closely with her patients to understand their specific needs and develop individualized treatment plans. She also specialises in fitting and management of pessaries for pelvic organ prolapse.
In addition to her professional training and expertise, Karly is a strong competitor in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and understands the importance of physical activity in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. As a mother of 5 girls, she is acutely aware of the challenges that women face, especially during pregnancy and post-partum, and is dedicated to helping women overcome these challenges and improve their overall health and well-being.
